Description

The SecureLatch™ pintle mount is unique from other pintle mounts because of its slotted design and double bolt plates. The mounting bolts fasten onto the pintle hitch and provide 48,000 pounds of clamp pressure when fully torqued. If you need to adjust the height, you only need one tool, and there’s no disassembly required. Just loosen the nuts enough to allow the pintle hitch to slide up or down in the slotted channels. The slots also provide more precise levelling versus fixed height positions.

This pintle plate fits into any industry-standard 2-inch receiver hitch and offers versatile height adjustment for level towing. The plate measures 9-1/2 inches high and 5 inches wide (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc). It is rated for up to 20,000 pounds gross trailer weight.

This SecureLatch™ pintle mount is constructed from cast steel for superior strength and resistance to wear. It also comes with a teridium powder coat finish to protect against the elements.
